Experience You Can Use.
In 1973, while on (what became) an extended leave of absence from NYU Film School, Dave became enchanted with the construction industry as he learned the ropes as a tradesmen... carpenter's apprentice, carpenter, assistant superintendent and construction superintendent. His entrepreneurial drive caused the formation of several successful organizations the most prominent one being Pray Construction Company which began in 1981 which Dave sold in 2005.
Since the sale of Pray Construction, Dave formed PrayWorks, LLC which organized: the successful development of Soaring Eagle Lodge at Snowshoe; the Historic Redevelopment of 209 Capitol Street for Bailey & Glasser, LLP; the sale of 227 Capitol Street to Bobby Warner; the leasing of the third floor of 209 Capitol Street to Lewis Brisbois; successfully led negotiations for two parties in a property damage dispute with their insurance achieving adjustments in excess of 50 percent and represented Jason and Halcyon Moses in contract negotiations with construction firms to construct their new home ... among other exciting assignments!
Dave's experience ... and his extensive Rolodex ... can bring technical and business experience to accrue to YOUR benefit.
