In 1973, Dave Pray began his career and shortly founded and developed one of the most dominant statewide construction companies, Pray Construction Company (www.prayconstruction.com). The successful and respected company was sold in 2005. While transitioning PCC to its new management, Dave began to enlarge his focus to include real estate development and representation of investors in real estate transactions.
